What Is Homes for Heroes?
Homes for Heroes is a program that helps heroes save money buying, selling or refinancing a home. It’s comprised of a caring community of real estate and mortgage specialists, as well as local businesses, who are committed to providing easy ways for firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves & veterans), healthcare workers, and teachers to save on a home, including every day home-related purchases.

I have been a REALTOR for 13 years, and the greatest joy of being an agent is helping families invest in real estate as part of God's plan for their family and the community. Homeownership is the American dream, a families largest financial investment and a process that should be handled by a true professional.
As the local affiliate for Homes for Heroes, I love the opportunity to provide financial assistance to those who have given so much to to our country. Being able to help our local heroes who protect, serve, support and nurture our local communities is an honor for me and my family. The Homes for Heroes program is truly a blessing for me and my heroes!
Program History
Shortly after 9/11, Homes for Heroes, Inc. was established to give back to firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active, reserves & veterans), healthcare workers and teachers for all they do. The program partners with more than 3,000 local real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and businesses to serve heroes in their local communities. Hero Rewards is the program’s way to say “Thank you.”

Through buying or selling a home with Homes for Heroes, most heroes save more than $2,400. When one adds in savings from lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and everyday deals, it’s way beyond what one get from others. Just like our heroes, the program go above and beyond what’s expected.
Refinance a Mortgage and Save
Heroes receive a discount on lender fees when they use a Homes for Heroes mortgage specialist to refinance your mortgage.
Make Everyday Purchases and Save
Heroes save on everyday purchases through the Homes for Heroes Local Deals, a network of local businesses who offer deals or discounts on their products and services.
